أطلقت وزارة التجارة موسم تخفيضات استثنائيًا يمتد لثلاثة أشهر، لن يُخصم من رصيد أيام التخفيضات السنوي المخصص للمنشآت التجارية. ويهدف القرار، وفق تعميم وجّهته إلى اتحاد الغرف السعودية، إلى منح المتاجر التقليدية والإلكترونية فرصة لتقديم عروض تنافسية على منتجاتها وخدماتها.

يأتي هذا القرار ضمن مساعي الوزارة لتعزيز الحركة التجارية وتحفيز الإنفاق الاستهلاكي في المملكة.


وبحسب تعميم الوزارة، يبدأ الموسم الاستثنائي في 1 أغسطس 2026 ويستمر حتى 31 أكتوبر 2026، وتُعتبر هذه الفترة استثنائية ولا تؤثر على الرصيد السنوي لأيام التخفيضات.

وبيّنت الوزارة أن بإمكان المنشآت التجارية والمتاجر الإلكترونية تقديم طلبات تراخيص التخفيضات إلكترونيًا عبر موقعها الرسمي، ما يُسهّل إصدارها وطباعتها وإطلاع المستهلكين عليها.


ودعت الوزارة المنشآت إلى الاستفادة من الموسم، مع الالتزام بالأنظمة والضوابط المنظمة للتخفيضات، فيما حث اتحاد الغرف السعودية منشآت القطاع الخاص على المشاركة والتفاعل مع الموسم لتحقيق أهدافه وفائدته على قطاع الأعمال والمستهلكين.

وبحسب آلية التخفيضات المعتمدة، شددت الوزارة على أن المنشآت مخوّلة بإجراء تخفيضات لا تزيد عن 90 يومًا سنويًا، مع إمكانية تقسيمها إلى ثلاث فترات، على ألا تتجاوز مدة الترخيص الواحد 45 يومًا للتخفيضات الكلية والجزئية.

The Ministry of Commerce has announced the launch of an exceptional discount season for a duration of three months, during which it will not be counted towards the annual balance of allowed discount days for commercial establishments. This step aims to enable establishments and online stores to offer promotions on products and services, according to a circular directed to the Saudi Chambers Federation.


According to the ministry's circular, the exceptional season begins on August 1, 2026, and continues until October 31, 2026. This period is considered exceptional and does not affect the annual balance of discount days.


The ministry clarified that commercial establishments and online stores can apply for discount license issuance electronically through its website, allowing for easy issuance, printing, and presentation of the licenses to consumers.


The ministry urged establishments to take advantage of the season while adhering to the regulations and controls governing discounts, while the Saudi Chambers Federation encouraged private sector establishments to participate and engage with the season to achieve its goals and benefits for the business sector and consumers.


According to the approved discount licensing mechanism, the ministry confirmed that establishments are entitled to make discounts not exceeding 90 days per year, which can be divided into three periods, with each license duration not exceeding 45 days for comprehensive and partial discounts.

ويمثل هذا الموسم الاستثنائي نقلة في مرونة السياسات التجارية السعودية، مما يمنح القطاع الخاص حيزًا إضافيًا للترويج. ومن المتوقع أن يسهم في دفع عجلة الاقتصاد عبر زيادة المبيعات وتوسيع خيارات المستهلكين بتخفيضات جاذبة. كما يندرج ضمن إجراءات داعمة للبيئة التجارية تتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية 2030.
