أول تعليق من محمد فضل شاكر بعد قرار الإفراج عن والده

علق المطرب اللبناني محمد فضل شاكر على قرار القضاء اللبناني بإخلاء سبيل والده الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر في أربع قضايا كانت منظورة ضده، مقابل كفالات مالية حددتها المحكمة، بلغت 100 مليون ليرة لبنانية عن كل قضية، إضافة إلى 200 مليون ليرة في ملف عبرا.

احتفال بالقرار

وعبر محمد فضل شاكر عن سعادته بالقرار، إذ نشر عبر حسابه على منصة «إنستغرام» مقطع فيديو يوثق أجواء احتفاله بهذه التطورات، في أول تعليق له بعد صدور القرار القضائي.

رسالة مؤثرة

وأرفق الفيديو برسالة مؤثرة قال فيها: «الحمد لله رب العالمين.. بعد 13 سنة.. الظلم قد يطول لكنه لا يدوم، وأقول لكل مظلوم تمسك بالأمل وتفاءل بالخير، ففرج الله قريب بإذن الله، اليوم تبدأ مرحلة جديدة، ونحن متحمسون لما هو قادم بإذن الله».

ويأتي قرار إخلاء سبيل فضل شاكر بعد أيام من تعرضه لأزمة صحية استدعت نقله إلى المستشفى العسكري، وهو ما تسبب في غيابه عن إحدى جلسات محاكمته، وفق ما أعلنه مكتبه الإعلامي، قبل أن تصدر المحكمة قرارها الأخير باستجابة لطلب إخلاء سبيله.

شهادات قانونية

استندت هيئة الدفاع عن فضل شاكر في طلب إخلاء سبيله إلى مستجدات قانونية وصحية، أبرزها صدور أحكام وقرارات اعتبرتها داعمة لموقفه، إلى جانب شهادات أدلى بها ضباط في الجيش اللبناني أمام المحكمة العسكرية، أكدوا خلالها عدم ثبوت مشاركته في أحداث عبرا عام 2013 أو تورطه في أي نشاط مسلح خلال تلك الفترة.

Mohamed Fadl Shaker expressed his happiness with the decision, as he published a video clip on his Instagram account documenting the atmosphere of his celebration of these developments, in his first comment after the judicial decision was issued.

Touching Message

He accompanied the video with a touching message in which he said: "Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.. After 13 years.. oppression may be prolonged but it does not last, and I say to every oppressed person, hold on to hope and be optimistic for good, for God's relief is near, God willing, today marks the beginning of a new phase, and we are excited for what is to come, God willing."

The decision to release Fadl Shaker comes days after he suffered a health crisis that required his transfer to the military hospital, which caused him to miss one of his trial sessions, according to his media office, before the court issued its final decision in response to the request for his release.

Legal Testimonies

The defense team for Fadl Shaker based its request for his release on legal and health developments, the most notable of which were rulings and decisions that they considered supportive of his position, along with testimonies given by officers in the Lebanese army before the military court, who confirmed that there was no evidence of his participation in the events of Abra in 2013 or his involvement in any armed activities during that period.
