أتيحت لي فرصة الاطلاع على أعمال مركز العمليات الأمنية 911 بمدينة الرياض، فسرني كثيراً ما رأيته من جهود بشرية وإمكانات مادية سُخرت جميعها لخدمة المجتمع وتحقيق أهداف أمنه وطمأنينته !

لقد أثار إعجابي دقة آلية استقبال البلاغات ومعالجتها، حيث تتم باحترافية عالية تضمن سرعة الاستجابة وتحويلها للجهة المختصة، إلى جانب تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد في الحالات الصحية إلى حين وصول الإسعاف. لكن الأكثر لفتاً للنظر هو تأهيل الموظفين للتعامل مع الحالات النفسية الخاصة، كالاتصالات من أشخاص يهددون بالانتحار أو إيذاء النفس، أو توجيه أطفال يبلغون عن حالة طارئة لأحد أفراد الأسرة، مما يستلزم مهارة في تهدئة الهلع وتشتت الذهن مع الحفاظ على الهدوء وتقليل الضرر لحين وصول المساعدة.

يملك المركز إمكانات تقنية متقدمة في تتبع مواقع الاتصالات، مما يمكن من وصول المساعدة بأسرع وقت، كما أن هناك حالة يقظة من خلال كاميرات المراقبة لاستباق أي إشكالات في حركة السير، أو إرسال المساعدة عند وقوع أي حادث قبل تلقي البلاغات !

والمبهج حقاً هو كفاءة الكوادر الوطنية من الجنسين، وقدرتهم على توظيف التكنولوجيا لتعزيز الكفاءة وتسريع الاستجابة بعدة لغات، مع الاستفادة من تحليل البيانات في إعداد خطط ودراسات تهدف إلى تقليل أسباب البلاغات ومعالجة تداعياتها.

باختصار.. شاهدت العين الساهرة على أمننا من خلف العدسة، فكل الشكر والتقدير لجميع أجهزتنا الأمنية التي تعمل بلا كلل أو ملل !

I had the opportunity to observe the work of the 911 Security Operations Center in Riyadh, and I was greatly pleased by what I saw in terms of human efforts and material resources all dedicated to serving the community and achieving its security and tranquility!

It was striking to see the precision of the mechanism for receiving reports and handling them with high professionalism, ensuring quick response and referral to the relevant authority, as well as providing necessary assistance and guidance in health cases until specialized help arrives. However, what was even more remarkable was the staff's qualification to handle special cases that require specific psychological training, dealing with calls from individuals threatening suicide or self-harm, or providing assistance and guidance to children reporting a family member in a critical health condition, which requires the ability to manage panic or mental disarray, at a time when the situation demands calmness and minimizing harm until help arrives!

The center possesses advanced technical capabilities in tracking communication locations, enabling assistance to arrive as quickly as possible. There is also a state of vigilance through surveillance cameras to anticipate any issues in traffic flow or to send help in the event of an accident before receiving reports!

What is truly uplifting is the efficiency of the workers, both sons and daughters of the nation, and their ability to harness technology to enhance performance and speed of response in several global languages, while data is analyzed and utilized effectively in studies and plans aimed at reducing the causes of reports and addressing their effects!

In short, I witnessed the vigilant eye on our security through the lens, and I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to all our security agencies that work tirelessly and without fatigue!
