أمير القصيم يستقبل المواطنين ويؤكد: خدمة المواطن أولوية القيادة

ضمن برنامج «يوم عمل»، استقبل أمير منطقة القصيم الأمير الدكتور فيصل بن مشعل بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، أمس، المواطنين والمواطنات في محافظة عنيزة، في إطار حرصه على التواصل المباشر مع أبناء المنطقة والاستماع إلى احتياجاتهم ومقترحاتهم.

وتأتي هذه اللقاءات ضمن سياسة القيادة الرشيدة التي تولي خدمة المواطن أولوية قصوى وتعزز التواصل المباشر مع الأهالي.

وخلال اللقاء، استمع سموه إلى مطالب المواطنين وملاحظاتهم، موجها الجهات المختصة بدراستها والعمل على معالجتها وفق الأنظمة والإجراءات، بما يحقق المصلحة العامة ويرفع جودة الخدمات.

وأكد أمير القصيم أن القيادة جعلت خدمة المواطن في مقدمة أولوياتها، وسخّرت جميع الإمكانات الكفيلة بالارتقاء بجودة الخدمات في مختلف القطاعات، مشيرًا إلى أن اللقاءات المباشرة مع المواطنين تمثل نهجًا يعزز الشراكة المجتمعية، ويُسهم في الوقوف على الاحتياجات والفرص التنموية عن قرب.

As part of the "Work Day" program, and in line with his commitment to direct communication with the sons and daughters of the region and listening to their needs and suggestions, the Prince of Al-Qassim Region, Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, received yesterday the citizens at the headquarters of the Al-Unaizah Governorate.

During the meeting, he listened to the citizens' demands and observations, directing the relevant authorities to study what was raised and work on addressing it in accordance with the regulations and procedures, in a way that serves the public interest and enhances the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

The Prince of Al-Qassim emphasized that the leadership has made serving the citizen a top priority and has harnessed all available resources to improve the quality of services across various sectors, noting that direct meetings with citizens represent an approach that enhances community partnership and contributes to closely understanding developmental needs and opportunities.

ويؤكد أمير القصيم أن هذه اللقاءات المباشرة تمثل نهجا يعزز الشراكة المجتمعية ويسهم في الوقوف على الاحتياجات التنموية عن قرب. كما تشير إلى التزام القيادة بتسخير الإمكانات للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات في مختلف القطاعات، تحقيقا للمصلحة العامة.
