طلب مساعدة ابنته لدخول دورة المياه.. فقتلته!

تحوّل بلاغ عن وفاة طبيعية لرجل مسن إلى قضية جنائية، بعدما قادت التحريات الأمنية في القاهرة إلى كشف ملابسات الواقعة، التي أسفرت عن القبض على ابنة المسن واتهامها بالتسبب في وفاته.

كشفت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية تفاصيل حادثة هزت العاصمة القاهرة، عقب تلقيها بلاغًا من فتاة تبلغ عن وفاة والدها المسن في المنزل. وأثناء معاينة الجثة، رصد رجال الأمن علامات أثارت الاشتباه في وجود طابع جنائي، مما دفع إلى توسيع نطاق التحقيقات.

وتثير هذه الحادثة تساؤلات حول الضغوط النفسية التي قد تواجه مقدمي الرعاية في المنازل.

وبحسب نتائج التحقيقات، كان الأب يعاني من إعاقة حركية، وطلب من ابنته مساعدته للذهاب إلى المرحاض، لكن الموقف تحول إلى خلاف تطور إلى اعتداء الابنة عليه بقوة، مما أدى إلى وفاته.

وأفادت التحقيقات بأن المتهمة سعت لإخفاء آثار الجريمة، حيث نقلت جثة والدها إلى فراشه، في مسعى لإقناع السلطات بأن الوفاة ناتجة عن تدهور حالته الصحية.

وبعد استكمال التحريات وجمع الأدلة، ألقت قوات الأمن القبض على المتهمة، التي لم تصمد روايتها أمام نتائج التحقيقات والأدلة التي توصل إليها المحققون.

واتُخذت الإجراءات القانونية بحقها، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيق في القضية لاستكمال كشف جميع ملابسات الواقعة، قبل إصدار التصاريح القانونية الخاصة بدفن الجثمان.

According to the investigation results, the father was suffering from mobility impairment and had asked his daughter to help him go to the bathroom, but the situation escalated into an argument between them that ended with the daughter violently assaulting him, leading to his death.

The investigations indicated that the accused attempted to conceal the crime's traces by moving her father's body to his bed, in an effort to convince the authorities that the death was due to the deterioration of his health condition.

After completing the investigations and gathering evidence, the security forces arrested the accused, whose story could not withstand the results of the investigations and the evidence uncovered by the investigators.

Legal actions were taken against her, while the public prosecution began investigating the case to uncover all the circumstances of the incident before issuing the legal permits for the burial of the body.
