عقد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني اجتماعاً استثنائياً برئاسة الرئيس الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي، رئيس المجلس، لمناقشة المستجدات الوطنية والإقليمية والسياسات المقترحة للتعاطي معها على كافة المستويات.

وناقش الاجتماع في السياق المحلي، بحضور رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور شائع الزنداني، الطلب المقدم من إيران عبر قيادة تحالف دعم الشرعية في اليمن، لتسيير رحلة تابعة لشركة «ماهان» الإيرانية من طهران إلى صنعاء، لإعادة عناصر المليشيات الحوثية الإرهابية التي سبق نقلها من مطار صنعاء الخاضع لسيطرة المليشيات بتاريخ 3 يوليو 2026، في رحلة مثلت انتهاكاً صريحاً لسيادة الجمهورية اليمنية، وتحدياً سافراً للقانون الدولي ولقرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة. وفقاً لما أرودته وكالة الأنباء اليمنية الرسمية (سبأ).

واستعرض المجلس على هذا الصعيد مجمل المبادرات التي قدمتها الحكومة، لضمان استمرار الرحلات المدنية عبر مطار صنعاء بواسطة شركة الخطوط الجوية اليمنية، وفي مقدمتها تشغيل الرحلات المنتظمة بين صنعاء والعاصمة الأردنية عمّان، بما يكفل تخفيف معاناة المواطنين، أسوة بما هو معمول به في بقية المطارات اليمنية الواقعة تحت إدارة الدولة.

وأشار المجلس إلى أن تلك الجهود الإنسانية قوبلت بإجراءات أحادية من قبل المليشيات الحوثية الإرهابية، كان أبرزها الاستيلاء على أربع طائرات تابعة للخطوط الجوية اليمنية عام 2024، وتعطيل عمل الشركة الوطنية، قبل أن تقود مغامراتها العسكرية الى جر البلاد إلى أتون الصراعات الإقليمية، وتدمير تلك الطائرات وإلحاق أضرار جسيمة بمقدرات الشعب اليمني.

وأكد المجلس أن الحكومة، وبرغم تلك الممارسات، واصلت تقديم المبادرات الرامية إلى تشغيل رحلات تجارية بواسطة شركة الخطوط الجوية اليمنية لتسهيل حركة المسافرين والتخفيف من معاناتهم الإنسانية، إلا أن المليشيات الحوثية رفضت تلك المبادرات، وأصرت على تعطيل الناقل الوطني، في خطوة استهدفت خنق وحصار الشعب اليمني ومفاقمة معاناته، وإحلال شركة «ماهان» الإيرانية محل الخطوط الجوية اليمنية لتسيير رحلات بين صنعاء وطهران، في خطوة لا تخدم إلا الأجندة الإيرانية، وتكرس استخدام اليمن ساحة للابتزاز العابر للحدود، وتسخير مقدرات الشعب اليمني العزيز، لخدمة قيادات وأُسر المليشيات، ومشروعها التخريبي.

وجدد المجلس التأكيد لأبناء الشعب اليمني، ولا سيما المواطنين في المناطق الخاضعة بالقوة لسيطرة المليشيات الحوثية، أن شركة الخطوط الجوية اليمنية على أتم الاستعداد لاستئناف تشغيل الرحلات التجارية من مطار صنعاء إلى العاصمة الأردنية عمان، وإلى أي وجهات أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها، متى ما توفرت الضمانات الكفيلة بحماية الطائرات وأطقمها، وعدم التعرض لها أو التدخل في شؤون الشركة وعملياتها الملاحية.

كما ناقش المجلس إمكانية إعادة العناصر الحوثية عبر طائرة يتم استئجارها بواسطة شركة الخطوط الجوية اليمنية، باعتبارها الناقل الوطني الوحيد، بدلاً من الاعتماد على شركة طيران أجنبية تخدم مصالح المليشيات الحوثية ومن يقف خلفها.

وأكد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي أن الحكومة والقوات المسلحة ستتخذان جميع الإجراءات السياسية والدبلوماسية والعسكرية التي يكفلها الدستور والقانون الدولي، لمنع أي محاولة جديدة لانتهاك سيادة الجمهورية اليمنية، أو فرض أمر واقع عبر تسيير رحلات إيرانية إلى مطار صنعاء خارج الأطر القانونية المعتمدة، محملاً إيران والمليشيات الحوثية كامل المسؤولية عن أي تداعيات قد تترتب على استمرار هذه الانتهاكات.

وجدد المجلس دعوته لإيران إلى الكف عن التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للجمهورية اليمنية، واحترام سيادتها ووحدة أراضيها، والتوقف عن استخدام اليمن ساحة للصراعات الإقليمية، ومضاعفة معاناة الشعب اليمني وتقويض فرص السلام والاستقرار التي يتطلع إليها جميع اليمنيين.

The Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council held an extraordinary meeting chaired by President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, the head of the council, to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels.

The meeting discussed, in the local context and in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Sha'if Al-Zandani, the request submitted by Iran through the leadership of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen to operate a flight by the Iranian airline "Mahan" from Tehran to Sana'a, to repatriate members of the Houthi terrorist militias who were previously transported from Sana'a Airport, which is under the control of the militias, on July 3, 2026. This flight represented a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen and a flagrant challenge to international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, according to the Yemeni official news agency (Saba).

The council reviewed, in this regard, the various initiatives presented by the government to ensure the continuation of civilian flights through Sana'a Airport by Yemenia Airlines, foremost among them the operation of regular flights between Sana'a and the Jordanian capital, Amman, to alleviate the suffering of citizens, similar to what is practiced in other Yemeni airports under state management.

The council pointed out that these humanitarian efforts were met with unilateral actions by the Houthi terrorist militias, the most notable of which was the seizure of four aircraft belonging to Yemenia Airlines in 2024, disrupting the operations of the national airline, before their military adventures led to dragging the country into the quagmire of regional conflicts, destroying those aircraft, and causing severe damage to the capabilities of the Yemeni people.

The council affirmed that the government, despite these practices, continued to present initiatives aimed at operating commercial flights through Yemenia Airlines to facilitate the movement of travelers and alleviate their humanitarian suffering. However, the Houthi militias rejected these initiatives and insisted on disrupting the national carrier, in a step aimed at suffocating and besieging the Yemeni people and exacerbating their suffering, replacing Yemenia Airlines with the Iranian "Mahan" airline to operate flights between Sana'a and Tehran, a move that serves only the Iranian agenda and entrenches the use of Yemen as a platform for cross-border extortion, exploiting the resources of the dear Yemeni people to serve the leaders and families of the militias and their destructive project.

The council reiterated to the Yemeni people, especially citizens in areas forcibly controlled by the Houthi militias, that Yemenia Airlines is fully prepared to resume commercial flights from Sana'a Airport to the Jordanian capital Amman, and to any other destinations agreed upon, whenever guarantees are provided to protect the aircraft and their crews, and to refrain from interfering in the company's affairs and its operational processes.

The council also discussed the possibility of repatriating Houthi members via a plane rented by Yemenia Airlines, as it is the only national carrier, instead of relying on a foreign airline that serves the interests of the Houthi militias and those behind them.

The Presidential Leadership Council confirmed that the government and the armed forces will take all political, diplomatic, and military measures permitted by the constitution and international law to prevent any new attempts to violate the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen or to impose a fait accompli through Iranian flights to Sana'a Airport outside the approved legal frameworks, holding Iran and the Houthi militias fully responsible for any repercussions that may arise from the continuation of these violations.

The council renewed its call for Iran to cease its interference in the internal affairs of the Republic of Yemen, respect its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and stop using Yemen as a battleground for regional conflicts, exacerbating the suffering of the Yemeni people and undermining the opportunities for peace and stability that all Yemenis aspire to.
