إطلاق مشروع "كير لينك" الذكي لتوحيد الخدمات الصحية في جدة

دشن الرئيس التنفيذي لتجمع جدة الصحي الثاني، الدكتور شادي الخياط، مشروع «كير لينك» بحضور مدير إدارة المستشفيات الدكتور عصام قاندية والمشرف العام على مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي ومستشفى الولادة والأطفال التخصصي الدكتور سامر أسرة، بهدف تطوير تجربة المريض ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الصحية من خلال منظومة ذكية تنسق بين مختلف الإدارات.

يأتي هذا المشروع في إطار جهود تجمع جدة الصحي الثاني لتطوير القطاع الصحي في المنطقة بما يتماشى مع التحول الرقمي للخدمات الصحية.

ويهدف المشروع الذي أطلقه مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي إلى تسهيل رحلة المستفيد عبر إنشاء مكتب تنسيق ذكي وموحد يربط الجهات المعنية، مما يساهم في تسريع الإجراءات وتحسين الأداء وضمان رعاية صحية متكاملة.

ويأتي «كير لينك» لتطوير رحلة المريض وتحويلها إلى تجربة سلسة تبدأ من لحظة استقبال الطلب وحتى اكتمال الخدمة، عبر منظومة تعتمد على التنسيق الفعال والمتابعة المستمرة، بما يرفع كفاءة التشغيل، ويعزز جودة الخدمات، ويمكن من رصد فرص التطوير والتحسين وفق أفضل الممارسات الصحية.

ويوفر المشروع حزمة خدمات متكاملة تشمل تنسيق النقل الطبي، ومتابعة الإحالات والمواعيد، والرعاية المنزلية، ودعم المستفيدين، بالإضافة إلى متابعة جميع مراحل الخدمة لضمان استمرارية الرعاية وتحسين التواصل.

ويحمل المشروع شعار «معك خطوة بخطوة» تأكيداً على التزام المجمع بتقديم رعاية تركز على المريض، وتتوافق مع نموذج الرعاية الصحي السعودي ورؤية المملكة 2030، عبر تحسين تجربة المستفيد وتكامل الخدمات ورفع الجودة والرضا.

The CEO of the Jeddah Health Cluster, Dr. Shadi Al-Khayyat, launched the "Care Link" project in the presence of the Director of the Hospitals Administration, Dr. Issam Qandiah, and the General Supervisor of the King Abdullah Medical Complex and the Specialized Hospital for Maternity and Children, Dr. Samer Asfar. This initiative aims to enhance the patient experience and improve the efficiency of health services through a smart system that unifies coordination among various departments and services.

The project, launched by the King Abdullah Medical Complex to facilitate the beneficiary's journey, establishes a smart and unified coordination office that connects relevant parties, speeding up procedures, improving performance quality, and ensuring the provision of integrated and more efficient healthcare.

"Care Link" comes to develop the patient journey and transform it into a seamless experience that starts from the moment the request is received until the service is completed, through a system that relies on effective coordination and continuous follow-up, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, improving service quality, and enabling the identification of development and improvement opportunities according to best health practices.

The project offers a comprehensive package of services, including coordination of medical transport, follow-up on referrals and appointments, home care services, beneficiary support, in addition to monitoring all stages of service delivery to ensure continuity of care and improve communication with patients and beneficiaries.

The project carries the slogan "With You Step by Step," affirming the King Abdullah Medical Complex's commitment to providing patient-centered healthcare that aligns with the objectives of the Saudi healthcare model and the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by enhancing the beneficiary experience, promoting service integration, and raising the level of quality and satisfaction, thus supporting the objectives of the Jeddah Health Cluster in providing advanced and sustainable healthcare.

ويعكس مشروع «كير لينك» التوجه نحو تعزيز التكامل بين الخدمات الصحية في جدة، مما يسهم في تقليل زمن الانتظار وتحسين تجربة المرضى. كما يدعم هذا المشروع أهداف رؤية 2030 في تحسين جودة الحياة من خلال قطاع صحي متطور. ومن المتوقع أن يسهم في رفع كفاءة التشغيل وتقليل الأعباء الإدارية، مع إمكانية توسيعه ليشمل مرافق صحية أخرى في المستقبل.
