عادت الفرحة إلى أسرة في محافظة أسيوط بعد أن تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية، اليوم الأربعاء، من إعادة طفل رضيع عمره شهر واحد إلى والدته، عقب اختفائه في ظروف غامضة، وذلك في أقل من 10 ساعات من تلقي البلاغ.

وتأتي هذه الواقعة ضمن حوادث اختطاف أطفال حديثي الولادة بدافع الخوف من العقم، وهو ما أثار اهتمام الرأي العام في مصر.

أظهرت التحريات أن المتهمة في قضية اختفاء الرضيع ليست غريبة عن الأسرة، بل هي عمته، وأقدمت على الجريمة لإخفاء عقمها.

بلاغ وتحرك أمني سريع

وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى تلقي مدير أمن أسيوط اللواء وائل نصار، إخطاراً من مأمور مركز شرطة البداري، يفيد بتلقي بلاغٍ من سيدة تقيم بقرية (عرب مطير) باختفاء طفلها الرضيع، واتهام مجهولين باختطافه.

وعلى الفور، شكّل رجال المباحث فريق بحث، حيث بدأت عمليات جمع المعلومات، وفحص دائرة المحيطين بالأسرة، وتتبع خط سير الطفل منذ لحظة اختفائه.

مفاجأة في التحريات

أفادت التحقيقات الأولية أن عمة الطفل هي المتهمة، وقد أوهمت زوجها العامل بالخارج بأنها حامل لأشهر، خوفاً من تأثير عدم الإنجاب على استقرار زواجها.

وبحسب ما توصلت إليه التحقيقات الأولية، استمرت المتهمة في ادعاء الحمل طوال تسعة أشهر، ومع اقتراب موعد عودة زوجها، وضعت خطة لاختطاف الرضيع مستغلة انشغال والدته، لتقدمه لزوجها على أنه طفلها.

إعادة الرضيع سالماً

وأسفرت التحريات السريعة عن تحديد مكان وجود المتهمة، حيث أعدت الأجهزة الأمنية مأمورية لضبطها، وتمكنت من استعادة الرضيع وهو بصحة جيدة، قبل تسليمه إلى والدته وسط حالة من الارتياح بين أفراد الأسرة.

كما جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وتحرير محضر بالواقعة، وإحالة المتهمة إلى النيابة العامة لاستكمال التحقيقات.

«حكاية نرجس»

وأعادت تفاصيل القضية إلى الأذهان أحداث مسلسل (حكاية نرجس)، الذي عُرض خلال رمضان الماضي، وتناول قصة امرأة تعاني من العقم، فتختطف طفلاً لتوهم زوجها بأنها أنجبت بعد رحلة علاج طويلة.

ليست الواقعة الأولى

وتأتي حادثة أسيوط بعد أشهر قليلة من واقعة اختطاف رضيعة من مستشفى الحسين الجامعي بالقاهرة، حيث كشفت التحقيقات آنذاك، أن المتهمة كانت تعاني أيضاً من عدم الإنجاب، وأوهمت زوجها بالحمل قبل أن تختطف طفلة حديثة الولادة.

واستغرقت تلك القضية وقتاً أطول لكشف ملابساتها، بعدما اعتمدت الأجهزة الأمنية على مراجعة عشرات كاميرات المراقبة حتى تم ضبط المتهمة، فيما انتهت القضية بصدور حكم بالسجن لمدة سبع سنوات.

The case, which occupied the residents of the Badari Center in Asyut for hours, ended with a shocking revelation, as investigations revealed that the accused was not a stranger to the family, but rather the baby's aunt, who committed the crime out of a desire to hide the truth about her inability to conceive.

Report and Rapid Security Action

The details of the incident date back to the notification received by Asyut Security Director Major General Wael Nasar from the officer in charge of Badari Police Station, indicating that a woman residing in the village of (Arab Matir) reported the disappearance of her infant and accused unknown individuals of kidnapping him.

Immediately, the detectives formed a search team, beginning operations to gather information, examine the circle of people around the family, and track the child's movements from the moment he went missing.

Surprise in the Investigations

Investigations revealed that the incident was orchestrated by the child's aunt, who suffers from infertility, after she deceived her husband, who works abroad, into believing that she was pregnant for several months; fearing that her inability to conceive would affect the stability of her marital life.

According to initial investigations, the accused continued to pretend to be pregnant for nine months, and as her husband's return approached, she devised a plan to kidnap the infant, taking advantage of the mother's distraction, to present him to her husband as her own child.

Reuniting the Infant Safely

Rapid investigations led to the identification of the accused's location, where the security forces prepared a mission to apprehend her, successfully recovering the infant in good health before handing him over to his mother amidst a sense of relief among family members.

Legal procedures were also taken, a report was filed regarding the incident, and the accused was referred to the public prosecutor to complete the investigations.

“The Story of Narjis”

The details of the case brought to mind the events of the series (The Story of Narjis), which aired during last Ramadan, telling the story of a woman suffering from infertility who kidnaps a child to convince her husband that she has given birth after a long treatment journey.

This is Not the First Incident

The Asyut incident comes just a few months after the kidnapping of an infant from Al-Hussein University Hospital in Cairo, where investigations at that time revealed that the accused also suffered from infertility and deceived her husband about being pregnant before kidnapping a newborn girl.

This case took longer to uncover its circumstances, as the security forces relied on reviewing dozens of surveillance cameras until the accused was apprehended, and the case ended with a seven-year prison sentence.
