كشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة وتحريات الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة المنيا المصرية، تفاصيل مقتل ربة منزل وطفلتها داخل منزلهما بقرية بني خالد التابعة لمركز سمالوط، في جريمة أثارت حزناً واسعاً بين الأهالي.

وبدأت الواقعة بعد تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغاً بالعثور على جثمان ربة المنزل «صابرين.ع.م» البالغة من العمر 31 عاماً، وطفلتها «ا.م.أ» البالغة خمسة أعوام، داخل منزل الأسرة، لتنتقل النيابة العامة إلى موقع الحادث وتأمر بانتداب مفتش الصحة لمناظرة الجثمانين.

وبحسب ما أفادت به التحقيقات، فقد عُثر على الضحيتين داخل المنزل وسط اعتقاد أولي بوجود حالة تسمم، قبل أن تكشف المعاينة وجود إصابات ظاهرية وعلامات خنق وضرب، إلى جانب إفرازات رغوية بالفم، ما أثار الشبهة الجنائية ودفع النيابة إلى انتداب الطب الشرعي لبيان سبب الوفاة.

ونجحت الأجهزة الأمنية، خلال ساعات، في تحديد هوية المتهم وضبطه، وهو «أ.ق.م» البالغ من العمر 35 عاماً، عامل محاجر، ويقيم في القرية، وتبين أنه أحد جيران وأقارب المجني عليها.

وأظهرت التحريات أن المتهم استغل غياب زوج المجني عليها، الذي يعمل في المحاجر، ودخل المنزل بقصد سرقة مشغولات ذهبية، إلا أن ربة المنزل قاومته، فاعتدى عليها بالضرب والخنق، ثم قتل طفلتها لإخفاء آثار الجريمة قبل أن يفر هارباً.

وأمرت النيابة العامة بحبس المتهم أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيق، قبل تجديد حبسه 15 يوماً، مع استكمال الإجراءات القانونية تمهيداً لإحالته إلى محكمة الجنايات بتهمة القتل المقترن بالسرقة.

وشهدت قرية بني خالد حالة من الحزن والصدمة عقب الجريمة، فيما شارك آلاف الأهالي في تشييع جثمانَي الضحيتين ودفنهما في مقابر الأسرة شرق النيل.

The investigations by the public prosecution and the security agencies in the Egyptian governorate of Minya revealed details about the murder of a housewife and her daughter inside their home in the village of Bani Khalid, affiliated with the Samalout Center, in a crime that has caused widespread sorrow among the residents.

The incident began after the security agencies received a report about finding the body of the housewife "Sabreen A.M." who was 31 years old, and her daughter "A.M.A." who was five years old, inside the family home. The public prosecution then moved to the scene of the incident and ordered the appointment of a health inspector to examine the two bodies.

According to the investigations, the victims were found inside the house amid an initial belief of poisoning, before the examination revealed visible injuries and signs of strangulation and beating, along with frothy discharge from the mouth, which raised suspicions of a criminal act and prompted the prosecution to appoint forensic medicine to determine the cause of death.

The security agencies successfully identified and apprehended the suspect within hours, who is "A.Q.M." aged 35, a quarry worker residing in the village, and it was found that he is a neighbor and relative of the victim.

The investigations showed that the suspect took advantage of the absence of the victim's husband, who works in the quarries, and entered the house with the intention of stealing gold jewelry. However, the housewife resisted him, so he assaulted her by beating and strangling her, then killed her daughter to cover up the crime before fleeing.

The public prosecution ordered the detention of the suspect for four days pending investigation, before renewing his detention for 15 days, while completing the legal procedures in preparation for referring him to the criminal court on charges of murder associated with theft.

The village of Bani Khalid witnessed a state of sadness and shock following the crime, while thousands of residents participated in the funeral of the two victims and their burial in the family cemetery east of the Nile.
