السيسي لرئيس مونتينيغرو: موقف مصر ثابت في دعم سيادة واستقرار دول الخليج

أكد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي تمسك مصر بموقفها الثابت الداعم لسيادة واستقرار دول الخليج، رافضًا بشكل قاطع أي اعتداءات غير مبررة ضد الدول العربية الشقيقة.

وتأتي هذه التصريحات في إطار التحركات الدبلوماسية المصرية لتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي.

حل عادل للقضية الفلسطينية

وخلال لقائه برئيس مونتينيغرو ياكوف ميلاتوفيتش اليوم الإثنين، استعرض السيسي جهود بلاده لتهدئة التصعيد بالمنطقة والتوصل إلى حلول سلمية للنزاعات، مشددا على ضرورة مواصلة التنسيق مع الشركاء وتحفيز الجانبين الأمريكي والإيراني لإبرام اتفاق شامل ومستدام.

وأفادت الرئاسة المصرية في بيان بأن السيسي عرض رؤية بلاده بشأن ضرورة التوصل إلى حل عادل للقضية الفلسطينية يقوم على حل الدولتين وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية وفقاً لمقررات الشرعية الدولية، مؤكداً رفض مصر لأي مساعٍ تهدف إلى تهجير الفلسطينيين من أرضهم، ومشدداً في هذا الصدد على ضرورة إعادة إعمار قطاع غزة وإدخال المساعدات الإنسانية للفلسطينيين.

آفاق جديدة لتطوير العلاقات

وقال متحدث رئاسة المصرية السفير محمد الشناوي، إن السيسي أكد خصوصية هذه الزيارة كونها الأولى على المستوى الرئاسي منذ إقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين عقب استقلال جمهورية الجبل الأسود عام 2006.

وشدد السيسي على حرص مصر على فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون الثنائي، خاصة في المجال الاقتصادي وتنويع التجارة، مستفيدة من الفرص الواعدة بالبلدين. وأشاد بتشكيل البرلمان المونتينيغري رابطة صداقة برلمانية مع مصر، معتبرًا إياها ركيزة مهمة لتعزيز العلاقات الرسمية والشعبية.

بداية مرحلة جديدة من العلاقات

من جانبه، أكد الرئيس ميلاتوفيتش، حرص بلاده على تطوير العلاقات الثنائية في مختلف المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وأبدى تطلع بلاده للاستفادة من الخبرات المصرية المميزة في قطاعات السياحة والطاقة والبنية الأساسية، مشيراً إلى الاستثمارات المصرية الناجحة في قطاع السياحة ببلاده، ورغبة الجبل الأسود في زيادة حجم هذه الاستثمارات وتوسيع نطاقها لتشمل مجالات أخرى.

وأعرب عن تقدير بلاده للجهود المصرية في مجال الهجرة غير الشرعية، وأشاد بالتوافق الكبير بين مواقف البلدين إزاء الأزمات الدولية، المرتكزة على تغليب الحلول الدبلوماسية والتعاون المشترك على خيار الحرب أو استخدام القوة، معرباً عن تقديره للجهود المصرية في دعم الاستقرار والأمن الإقليمي، ومؤكداً بالنسبة للقضية الفلسطينية على دعم بلاده لحلّ الدولتين.

واتفق الرئيسان على أن تكون هذه الزيارة بداية لمرحلة جديدة من العلاقات المميزة والتشاور السياسي المكثف بين البلدين، سواء على المستوى الثنائي أو بالنسبة للقضايا الدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

وفي هذا السياق، وجه الرئيس ميلاتوفيتش الدعوة إلى السيسي لزيارة الجبل الأسود.

The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized Egypt's firm stance in supporting the sovereignty and stability of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, reaffirming the complete rejection of unjustified attacks on brotherly Arab nations.

A just solution to the Palestinian issue

Today (Monday), El-Sisi reviewed with the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, his country's efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region and reach peaceful solutions to crises and conflicts, stressing the necessity of continued coordination among various partners and encouraging both the American and Iranian sides to reach a comprehensive and sustainable agreement.

The Egyptian presidency stated in a statement that El-Sisi presented his country's vision regarding the necessity of reaching a just solution to the Palestinian issue based on the two-state solution and the establishment of a Palestinian state in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions, emphasizing Egypt's rejection of any attempts aimed at displacing Palestinians from their land, and stressing in this regard the need to rebuild the Gaza Strip and provide humanitarian aid to the Palestinians.

New horizons for developing relations

Egyptian presidential spokesperson Ambassador Mohamed El-Shenawy stated that El-Sisi confirmed the uniqueness of this visit as it is the first at the presidential level since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries following Montenegro's independence in 2006.

He affirmed Egypt's keenness to explore new horizons for developing bilateral relations, especially in the economic field and diversifying trade exchanges, benefiting from the promising opportunities available in both countries. El-Sisi noted the formation of a parliamentary friendship association with Egypt by the Montenegrin parliament, considering it an important pillar for enhancing official and popular relations.

The beginning of a new phase in relations

For his part, President Milatović confirmed his country's eagerness to develop bilateral relations in various areas of mutual interest, expressing his country's desire to benefit from Egypt's distinguished expertise in the sectors of tourism, energy, and infrastructure, pointing to successful Egyptian investments in the tourism sector in his country, and Montenegro's desire to increase the volume of these investments and expand their scope to include other areas.

He expressed his country's appreciation for Egypt's efforts in the field of illegal immigration and praised the significant alignment between the two countries' positions regarding international crises, which are based on prioritizing diplomatic solutions and joint cooperation over the option of war or the use of force, expressing his appreciation for Egypt's efforts in supporting regional stability and security, and reaffirming his country's support for the two-state solution regarding the Palestinian issue.

The two presidents agreed that this visit would mark the beginning of a new phase of distinguished relations and intensive political consultation between the two countries, both at the bilateral level and regarding international issues of mutual interest.

In this context, President Milatović invited El-Sisi to visit Montenegro.

وتعكس هذه الزيارة حرص مصر على تنويع شراكاتها الدولية، خاصة مع دول البلقان. كما تؤكد على استمرار التنسيق المصري مع المجتمع الدولي في ملفات المنطقة، كالقضية الفلسطينية وأمن الخليج. ومن المنتظر أن تسفر المحادثات عن تفاهمات جديدة تخدم المصالح المشتركة.
