كشف الاتحاد العربي للكهرباء عن تنظيم مؤتمره العام التاسع في الرباط، المملكة المغربية، خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 25 مارس 2027، بمشاركة واسعة من كبار الخبراء والمتخصصين وصناع القرار في قطاعي الطاقة والكهرباء على المستويين العربي والدولي.

ويأتي هذا الحدث في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتعزيز التعاون العربي في مجال الطاقة الكهربائية ومواكبة التحولات العالمية في القطاع.

يمثل المؤتمر منصة للحوار وتبادل الخبرات بين مختلف الفاعلين في قطاع الكهرباء والطاقة من الدول العربية والشركاء الدوليين، لمناقشة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه القطاع وتبادل الرؤى حول القضايا الرئيسية التي تشكل مستقبل شبكات الكهرباء.

ويقام المؤتمر هذا العام تحت عنوان «مستقبل الأنظمة الكهربائية في الدول العربية»، حيث يتناول عدداً من المحاور الإستراتيجية، وتشمل:

- مرونة وسلامة الأنظمة الكهربائية وأمن الإمدادات.

- التحول الرقمي ودور الذكاء الاصطناعي في قطاع الكهرباء.

- جاهزية الأنظمة الكهربائية لاستيعاب القدرات الطاقية الكبيرة، لاسيما ذات المصادر المتجددة، وهيكلة مشاريع البنية التحتية المستقبلية.

- حلول التخزين ودورها في دعم التحول الطاقي.

- تنمية الكفاءات وتعزيز دور الإعلام المتخصص في قطاع الطاقة.

وسيتزامن المؤتمر مع تنظيم معرض دولي بمشاركة أبرز الشركات والمؤسسات الصناعية المتخصصة في معدات وتقنيات إنتاج ونقل وتوزيع الكهرباء، إلى جانب مزودي الخدمات والحلول المبتكرة. هذا المعرض سيكون فضاء لعرض أحدث الابتكارات التكنولوجية، وتبادل الخبرات، وتعزيز فرص التعاون والشراكات بين مختلف الفاعلين في القطاع.

وبهذه المناسبة، أكد المدير العام للمكتب الوطني للكهرباء والماء الصالح للشرب في المملكة المغربية طارق همان أن احتضان المغرب لهذه الدورة التاسعة يعكس المكانة الريادية التي أضحت تتبوأها في مجالي الطاقة والانتقال الطاقي، تحت القيادة الرشيدة للملك محمد السادس. كما أبرز أن استضافة هذا الحدث تؤكد الدور المحوري الذي يضطلع به المغرب كجسر للتعاون الطاقي بين العالم العربي وأفريقيا وأوروبا، وتعكس التزامه الراسخ بتعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والدولي.

وأضاف همان أن هذا المؤتمر يجسد الإرادة المشتركة لمواكبة التحولات العميقة التي يشهدها قطاع الكهرباء، من خلال توطيد التعاون الإقليمي وتكثيف تبادل الخبرات وتشجيع الابتكار وإرساء شراكات فاعلة، بما يسهم في تسريع إدماج الطاقات المتجددة، ورقمنة الشبكات الكهربائية، وتعزيز حلول التخزين والمرونة، كما شدد على أهمية تشجيع تبادل الخبرات والابتكار والشراكات من أجل أنظمة كهربائية أكثر مرونة وفعالية واستدامة.

ويعد الاتحاد العربي للكهرباء من أبرز المنظمات العربية المتخصصة في قطاعي الكهرباء والطاقة، إذ يضم فاعلين في القطاعين الخاص والعمومي (مؤسسات وهيئات وشركات كهرباء وجامعات ومنظمات تمثل 19 دولة عربية).

The Arab Union for Electricity announced the organization of its ninth general conference in Rabat, Morocco, during the period from March 23 to 25, 2027, with wide participation from senior experts, specialists, and decision-makers in the energy and electricity sectors at both the Arab and international levels.

The conference serves as a platform for dialogue and the exchange of experiences among various stakeholders in the electricity and energy sector from Arab countries and international partners, to discuss the main challenges facing the sector and share expertise on key issues that shape the future of electricity networks.

This year's conference will be held under the title "The Future of Electrical Systems in Arab Countries," addressing several strategic axes, including:

- The resilience and safety of electrical systems and supply security.

- Digital transformation and the role of artificial intelligence in the electricity sector.

- The readiness of electrical systems to accommodate large energy capacities, especially from renewable sources, and the structuring of future infrastructure projects.

- Storage solutions and their role in supporting the energy transition.

- Capacity building and enhancing the role of specialized media in the energy sector.

The conference will coincide with the organization of an international exhibition featuring leading companies and industrial institutions specialized in equipment and technologies for the production, transmission, and distribution of electricity, alongside service providers and innovative solutions. This exhibition will be a space to showcase the latest technological innovations, exchange experiences, and enhance cooperation and partnerships among various stakeholders in the sector.

On this occasion, the Director General of the National Office for Electricity and Drinking Water in Morocco, Tarik Hamane, confirmed that Morocco's hosting of this ninth session reflects the leading position it has achieved in the fields of energy and energy transition, under the wise leadership of King Mohammed VI. He also highlighted that hosting this event affirms Morocco's pivotal role as a bridge for energy cooperation between the Arab world, Africa, and Europe, and reflects its steadfast commitment to enhancing regional and international cooperation.

Hamane added that this conference embodies the shared will to keep pace with the profound transformations taking place in the electricity sector, through strengthening regional cooperation, intensifying the exchange of experiences, encouraging innovation, and establishing effective partnerships, which contribute to accelerating the integration of renewable energies, digitizing electricity networks, and enhancing storage and resilience solutions. He emphasized the importance of encouraging the exchange of experiences, innovation, and partnerships for more resilient, effective, and sustainable electrical systems.

The Arab Union for Electricity is one of the most prominent Arab organizations specialized in the electricity and energy sectors, comprising stakeholders from both the private and public sectors (institutions, authorities, electricity companies, universities, and organizations representing 19 Arab countries).

وتعكس استضافة المغرب لهذا المؤتمر مكانته المتزايدة كمركز إقليمي للطاقة وجسر بين العالم العربي وأفريقيا وأوروبا. كما تبرز الدورة التاسعة أهمية التحول الرقمي والطاقات المتجددة في رسم ملامح مستقبل الأنظمة الكهربائية العربية. ومن المنتظر أن تسفر النقاشات عن توصيات عملية تسهم في تعزيز أمن الطاقة والتعاون الإقليمي.
