صدمة كبرى هزت الأوساط الفنية، بعدما كشفت التحقيقات عن وجه مظلم للموسيقي الأمريكي الشاب ديفيد أنتوني بيرك، المعروف بـ«D4vd»، البالغ من العمر 21 عاماً، حيث يواجه عقوبة الإعدام إثر اتهامه بإعداد أدوات مرعبة داخل منزله للتخلص من جثة فتاة قاصر.

تأتي هذه القضية لتسلط الضوء على الجانب المظلم لشهرة نجوم الفن والموسيقى، وكيف يمكن للجرائم الجنائية المعقدة أن تتقاطع مع الحياة العامة والمشاهير.

عودة الشريط إلى الوراء تكشف عن سيناريو مأساوي، إذ وقع خلاف حاد بين الفنان والضحية «سيليست ريفاس هيرنانديز»، وهي طفلة لم تتجاوز عامها الرابع عشر. انتهى الجدال بمقتلها، ليقوم المتهم بإخفاء جثمانها بدم بارد داخل حقيبتين وضعتا في صندوق سيارته الفارهة من طراز «تسلا».

وبات المغني الشاب معرضاً لعقوبات قاسية تشمل القتل العمد، والاعتداء الجنسي على طفلة دون سن الـ 14 عاماً، فضلاً عن تهمة تشويه جثة بطريقة غير قانونية.

During a breath-holding preliminary hearing at the Los Angeles Police Department, investigators unveiled the dark secret hidden in the famous singer's house. Behind the piano that played the most famous melodies, authorities found a tool described as a "mini incinerator," which the accused purchased through Amazon to dispose of solid bodies and completely burn evidence without leaving a trace.

The "incinerator" was just part of a carefully prepared list of criminal purchases made immediately after the crime, which included:

  • Two electric saws for cutting large parts.
  • A body transport bag and heavy-duty laundry bags.
  • An inflatable swimming pool set up on-site for mysterious purposes.

Rewinding the tape reveals a tragic scenario, as a heated argument occurred between the artist and the victim "Celeste Rivas Hernandez," a girl who had just turned fourteen. The argument ended with her murder, and the accused coldly concealed her body inside two bags placed in the trunk of his luxurious Tesla car.

The car kept the horrific secret until it was impounded in a parking lot in Hollywood, where the smell of the crime emerged, and the police found remains of the body.
