Al Rajhi Bank achieved continued growth during the first half of 2026, recording a net profit of 13,764 million riyals, an increase of 14% compared to the same period in 2025, supported by strong operational performance and continued business growth, reflecting the strength of the 'Integrated Banking' strategy.

The bank recorded total operating income of approximately 21,413 million riyals, an annual growth of 14%, driven by an increase in net financing and investment income, along with growth in income from banking service fees, confirming the success of the strategy focused on stimulating product returns and diversifying income sources.

Total assets also rose to 1,055 billion riyals, an increase of 2% year-on-year, while the financing portfolio grew by 3% to reach more than 762 billion riyals, and customer deposits reached 688 billion riyals, an annual growth of 4%, confirming continued customer confidence and the bank's strong financial position.

The bank maintained strong levels of profitability while preserving high asset quality, recording a return on assets of 2.63% and a return on equity of 23.30%, while earnings per share reached 2.17 riyals, with continued maintenance of a high coverage ratio for non-performing financing.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Rajhi Bank, Mr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, said: "The strength of the bank's operations has enhanced our ability to provide banking solutions that meet our customers’ aspirations, and to improve operational efficiency, contributing to achieving sustainable value for shareholders and supporting the Saudi economy."

He added: "We continue to invest in developing digital services, enhancing the customer experience, and benefiting from integration between business sectors and subsidiaries, supported by the 'Integrated Banking' strategy, which enhances the bank's competitiveness and supports long-term growth."

Extending the impact of this performance to the community, Al Rajhi Bank continues to implement developmental, community, and qualitative initiatives that reflect its commitment to creating a sustainable impact beyond financial results, through investment in human capital, enhancing quality of life, and supporting the most needy groups, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Abdullah Al-Rajhi said: "Our investment in the community is an extension of our responsibility, and our belief that the impact lasts longer than the achievement; therefore, we continue to invest in qualitative initiatives in housing, education, health, and empowerment, contributing to building a more stable and prosperous society."

At the forefront of these initiatives, the bank continues to support the 'Dar Shahm' initiative in partnership with the Fund for Martyrs, Injured, Prisoners and Missing, which aims to build 50 housing units on land owned by fund beneficiaries in several regions of the Kingdom, contributing to providing housing stability for more than 240 individuals from the families of security and military personnel and their relatives.

The initiative has seen progress in implementation, with 9 housing units already delivered, within the targets of the first phase which includes the delivery of 13 units by the end of the third quarter of 2026, while preparatory work for the second phase has begun, including completing licensing procedures, preparing architectural plans, and contracts, reflecting the keenness to accelerate the pace of implementation and maximize its social impact.

In the field of education, Al Rajhi Bank’s Orphan Educational Care Program continues for its fifth year, supporting more than 200 male and female students annually. The program has so far contributed to the graduation of 19 students, as part of the bank’s efforts to invest in the future of children and empower them educationally and socially.

The bank also continued its support for the health sector through a number of initiatives and specialized medical centers that have benefited more than 110,000 beneficiaries, including the Diabetes Center, the Cardiac Catheterization Center in Qassim, the Anti-Smoking Center and the Medical Rehabilitation Center in Turaif, in addition to blood donation vehicles in Riyadh and Madinah, contributing to improving the quality of health services and enhancing access to them.

As part of financial awareness, the 'Riyal and Generations Tour' initiative continues to introduce young people to the concepts of saving and financial literacy. The bank has hosted more than ten educational institutions, with the participation of 145 male and female students in a knowledge experience aimed at enhancing financial literacy among the new generations.
