Al-Shoula Club announced on Saturday that it has won two cases worth over 6 million Saudi riyals, as part of the board of directors' efforts to protect the club's rights and assets, and to defend its interests before the relevant judicial and sports authorities.

The club said in a statement posted on its official account on X platform: 'The first case relates to a previous ruling against the club for approximately 5.8 million Saudi riyals, before the club won the case before the Court of Appeal.'

Win in a case worth 300 thousand riyals

He added: 'The club also won another case before the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), worth over 300 thousand Saudi riyals.'

He continued: 'The club appreciates the role of the board of directors and its legal partner in following up on the two cases and their continuous support, and also commends the efficiency of the executive and legal departments and their professional integration in following up on procedures, preparing files, and pleadings, which contributed to preserving the club's rights and achieving these two results.'

He continued: 'Al-Shoula Club extends its thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Sports for its ongoing support for clubs and its continuous legal assistance, which contributes to preserving their rights and enhancing governance and institutional stability in the sports sector.'

He concluded: 'The board of directors affirms that the club will not be lenient in preserving its rights and defending its legal and financial interests, and will take all necessary regulatory measures against any infringement on its rights or acquisitions, continuing to work responsibly and professionally to serve the club's journey and the aspirations of its fans.'
