The Saudi Company for the Production of Clay Pipes received a purchase order from Al-Imtiyaz National Contracting Company for the supply of clay pipes and accessories for the project of completing the implementation of sewage networks in the city of Arar (Phase III – B), with a value of 5.58 million riyals (including VAT).
The company added in a statement on Tadawul that the purchase order stipulates the supply of pipes according to the terms and specifications agreed upon between the two parties.
It stated that the contract was signed yesterday, Monday, and its duration is two years, expecting that the financial impact of the purchase order will be reflected on the company's financial results starting from the third quarter of 2026.
The company noted that there are no related parties.
