Didier Deschamps will lead his final match with the France national team, when they face the loser of the England vs Argentina match in the World Cup third-place playoff.

Captain Kylian Mbappé stressed that France will give their all in the match, as a tribute to Didier Deschamps.

He added that losing the World Cup semi-final to Spain will not change Deschamps' legacy, who led 'Les Bleus' to the 2018 World Cup title and the 2022 World Cup final.

The Real Madrid star said: 'Nothing has changed in Didier's status for us as French people, as a coach and a player, he wrote an amazing story.'

He continued: 'He has one match left, so we will try to give our best performance for him, because he deserves it, and the fans also deserve to win and finish the tournament in third place.'
