Bloomberg: Nournet Considers IPO on Saudi Stock Exchange

Bloomberg has revealed that Nournet, a digital solutions and integrated cloud services company, is considering an initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Stock Exchange.
According to the agency, the company has appointed Goldman Sachs and HSBC as advisors for the IPO.
Sources indicate that Nournet's IPO could take place this year.
Nournet was founded in 1998 as an internet service provider to offer internet services to the Saudi market.
