Economic / Deputy Governor of Al-Jouf Attends Closing Ceremony of Dates Festival in Domat al-Jandal and Crowns Winners of Prince Faisal bin Nawaf Award

Domat al-Jandal, Sha'ban 23, 1447 AH, corresponding to February 11, 2026, SPA -- Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jouf Region, His Royal Highness Prince Miteb bin Mishal bin Badr bin Saud, Deputy Governor of the Region, attended this evening the closing ceremony of the 12th edition of the Dates Festival, organized by the Municipality of Domat al-Jandal Governorate at the Exhibition City in the governorate. His Highness toured the festival pavilions, where he was briefed on the most prominent varieties of dates on display and the turnout witnessed by the festival, reflecting the region's distinguished agricultural potential. Afterwards, His Highness attended the closing ceremony and crowned the winners of the Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz Award for Best Stuffed Dates. The top five winners were honored: first place went to farmer Hamad Abdullah Al-Tamimi, second place to farmer Saleh Karim Al-Khabour, third place to farmer Ahmad Saleh Al-Khabour, fourth place to farmer Ahmad Saud Al-Aqeel, and fifth place to farmer Abdulrazzaq Dubayan Al-Amer.
