Dr. Abdullah Al-Suhaili, member of the Commercial Committee at the Al-Ahsa Chamber of Commerce, praised the increase in the number of commercial registrations during the second quarter of this year.

Al-Suhaili added, during his interview broadcast on Al-Ekhbariya channel, that the numbers reflect positive changes in the structure of the digital economy and expansion into new fields, noting that current indicators are promising.

He continued that the growth is not limited to the number of registrations but includes promising sectors such as tourism and artificial intelligence technologies, pointing out that these numbers are linked to efforts

The Ministry of Commerce, in its business sector bulletin for the second quarter of 2026, confirmed that the number of commercial registrations exceeded 71,000, while the total existing registrations reached more than 1.91 million across all regions of the Kingdom.
