Concrete prices in Saudi Arabia declined during last June on a monthly basis, while cement prices varied.

The bulletin of average prices of goods and services issued by the General Authority for Statistics showed that the price of concrete 'resistant 350 k' declined by 0.7% to 224.4 per cubic meter.

The price of concrete 'resistant 250 k' declined on a monthly basis in June 2026 by 0.9% to 204.3 riyals per cubic meter.

The price of regular concrete '350 k' recorded a decline in last June on a monthly basis by 0.6% to 214.3 riyals per cubic meter, and the price of regular concrete '250 k' declined on a monthly basis in last June by 0.9% to 195.6 riyals per cubic meter.

Cement prices

The price of black cement declined by 0.6% on a monthly basis in last June, recording 15.7 riyals for '50 kg'. The price of white cement increased by 0.2% in last June on a monthly basis, recording 38.6 riyals for '50 kg'. The price of national gypsum weight '40 kg' declined by 0.3% in last June on a monthly basis, recording 15.8 riyals. The price of white fine sand recorded a decline of 0.3% on a monthly basis in last June, reaching 76.9 riyals per cubic meter. The price of red sand declined by 0.1% in June 2026 on a monthly basis, recording 38 riyals per cubic meter, while the price of local marble chip tiles increased by 0.3% to 23.2 riyals per square meter. The price of black concrete blocks 'size 15 cm' and 'size 20 cm' declined by 0.2%, recording 1676.4 riyals and 1732.8 riyals respectively for '1000 pieces'.
