Caterion signs contract with Dammam Airports for SAR 75.72 million plus revenue share

Caterion Catering Holding Company - Caterion has signed a lease agreement with Dammam Airports, under which it will rent a location to provide its services and activities at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the contract value is SAR 75.72 million, plus a variable percentage starting at 3.5% and escalating annually to 5.5%, deducted from the total annual revenues generated from the site's activity.

It explained that the award and contract signing took place on July 2, 2026, with a term of 15 Gregorian years, noting that there are no related parties.

It indicated that this contract is part of its efforts to support the sustainability plans and principles it is working on, in line with the continuous increase in passenger and flight traffic, and to activate its role in the aviation services industry to achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
