The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance of July 2026 under the Saudi government sukuk program in Saudi riyals, with the total allocation amount set at 5.349 billion riyals.

The issuances were divided into five tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 3.830 billion riyals for sukuk maturing in 2031, the second tranche amounting to 515 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2033, and the third tranche amounting to 204 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2036.

The fourth tranche amounted to 300 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2039, and the fifth tranche amounted to 500 million riyals for sukuk maturing in 2041.
