Dar Al Equipment Announces Award of Project Competition with Ministry of Justice Worth 95 Million Riyals

Dar Al Equipment Medical and Scientific Company announced today that it has received a notification of the award of a project competition from the Ministry of Justice, with a total value of 95 million riyals (including VAT). The company stated in a statement on Tadawul that the scope of the project includes completing the construction of buildings (the General Court in Buqayq city and the Notary Public offices in Hafr Al-Batin and Khobar cities) under the contract for constructing court and notary buildings in the Eastern Province with the Ministry of Justice, for a period of 24 months. It expected that the financial impact of this contract would be reflected in its results starting from the fourth quarter of 2026, adding that there are no related parties. It indicated that it will announce any material developments in due course, after signing the final version of the contract and receiving it.
