The Citizen Account Program announced, moments ago, the start of disbursement of support for the current month of July, including additional support.

Disbursement of Citizen Account support

The Citizen Account said, via platform X: “Disbursement of support allocated for the month of July, including additional support, has begun for beneficiaries whose applications are complete in the Citizen Account Program.”

The Citizen Account added: “Disbursement of support will continue until the end of Thursday, God willing, and you can find out your entitlement amount through the program's application.”

The program explained that beneficiaries can use the estimated support calculator to find out the support amount due through the following steps:

Log in to the program's website

Go to the estimated support calculator here

Enter the number of dependents under 18 years old

Enter the number of dependents over 18 years old

Add the monthly income of the family, then press the 'Calculate' button

The estimated calculator shows the monthly support amount for the family, the exemption limit from reduction, and the income prevention limit.

The Citizen Account also reminded that data is verified periodically and the entitlement amount is disbursed based on data verified periodically for each batch.

It added that if any change occurs in the data, it will be studied and verified, and the entitlement will be studied again. To find out the entitlement value, click here.

Citizen Account application on smartphone:

Download the Citizen Account application from the app store on your smartphone. Open the application and log in using your username and password. Press 'Inquiry'. Enter your national ID number. Press 'Search'. Your due payment amount will appear, along with the deposit date.

Unified Contact Center: Call the Unified Contact Center at the number: 199090. Choose Arabic language. Choose the 'Citizen Account' service. Follow the voice instructions to access the inquiry service about the payment amount. The customer service representative will ask you to enter your national ID number and will inform you of your due payment amount, along with the deposit date.
