A report on changes in ownership of all foreign investors, pertaining to trades on Thursday, July 9, 2026, revealed an increase in their ownership in 122 companies listed on the Saudi stock market "Tadawul" "TASI and Nomu", with approximately 12.7 million shares bought at a market value of 289 million riyals, while their ownership declined in 128 other companies through the sale of 12.4 million shares with a market value of 305 million riyals.

According to ownership of all foreign investors, Naseej Company topped the list in terms of the percentage increase in foreign investors' ownership according to the foreign ownership report at the end of the previous session, rising 0.60% to 6.20%, after being 5.60% in the previous session, through the purchase of about 65,000 shares, with a market value of about 1.7 million riyals (based on the last closing price of the share).

And Al Waha Company topped the list in terms of the percentage decline in foreign investors' ownership according to the foreign ownership report at the end of the previous session, with their ownership decreasing by 0.71% to 2.72%, after being 3.43% in the previous session, through the sale of about 160,000 shares with a market value of about 446,000 riyals (based on the last closing price of the share).

It is noted that the Saudi stock index "Tadawul" ended its trading on Monday, July 13, 2026, down by 17.27 points, or 0.16%, compared to the previous session, closing at 10801.71 points. On the other hand, the parallel market index "Nomu" ended today's session down by 15.25 points, or 0.07%, compared to the previous session, closing at 22539.59 points.

Please note that the report concerns changes in foreign ownership two business days prior, as the financial market adopted the settlement period T+2, which represents the time between trade execution and the registration of the transfer of ownership of the security and actual payment of the trade value, estimated at two business days.
