Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, founder and chairman of the Customer Experience Association, said,

Al-Ghamdi added, in an interview on 'Al-Arabiya FM', that the first impression is established with the service provider and then the customer decides whether to continue with the provider or look for other options.

He added that the impression includes 'increased confidence, loyalty, praise for the service', and we continue to work on the extent to which companies care about the customer and employee experience.

He continued that the customer may be 'a patient, a tourist, a traveler', while the first customer of the system is the employee, and the way he is treated reflects on the overall impression of the entity he works for.

All companies in the Kingdom work to provide the best customer experience in line with the regulatory controls established to achieve customer satisfaction when dealing with all entities.
