Campaign Middle East announced the selection of Ibrahim Al-Mutawa, co-founder and CEO of Jammar Public Relations and Communications, in its first annual '40 Over 40' 2026 list, which aims to highlight senior leaders in the advertising and public relations industry in the Middle East who have dedicated 15 years or more of their careers to building the region's brand, marketing, media, and communications landscape.

Ibrahim Al-Mutawa's selection embodies the philosophy behind the '40 Over 40' list, due to his effective contribution in transferring global expertise to the local market. This choice represents recognition of his role in building a national Saudi entity capable of competing with global agencies, at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing an unprecedented boom in demand for strategic communication services.

Al-Mutawa's qualification for this selection stems from a career spanning more than two decades, combining international economic journalism experience and leadership positions in global consulting firms in the fields of corporate communications and public relations. He previously worked as a journalist and correspondent for prestigious international outlets such as Reuters and Forbes Middle East, in addition to his work at the Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SRMG), where his years in journalism taught him how markets move, how leaders think, and how stories and news contribute to building corporate reputation.

Before founding Jammar about five years ago, Al-Mutawa held leadership positions in major global agencies, serving as Vice President and Operations Director at ASDA'A BCW, and Public Relations Manager at TBWA\Raad.

Since its establishment in Riyadh in 2021, Jammar has succeeded in becoming one of the most prominent and fastest-growing independent consulting firms in Saudi Arabia. The company has expanded its client portfolio to include government entities, global and local distinguished companies in vital sectors such as aviation, energy, and technology, including three of the largest companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul): 'Flynas', 'Al Rajhi Bank', and 'Taibah'.

Additionally, PRWeek magazine selected Al-Mutawa among the most influential leaders in the public relations industry in the Middle East for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
