Ratal for Urban Development announced the signing of two conditional agreements with Roshan Group, a Public Investment Fund company, to purchase and develop residential land in the Al-Manar community in the city of Mecca. This strategic step aims to develop 163 residential units, with a total value of 357,830,000 riyals.
The signing of these agreements comes as part of Ratal for Urban Development's ongoing efforts to enhance its investment portfolio and expand its operations in quality residential projects, in line with its aspirations to provide integrated and sustainable residential environments. The development of the residential units is expected to take 36 months, and the project is considered an extension of the distinguished partnership and fruitful cooperation with Roshan, which was embodied in the 'Sidra' project with more than 2,100 units.
The Al-Manar community, developed by Roshan Group, is distinguished by its exceptional location within the western borders of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, being 15 minutes by car from the Holy Mosque. The community offers an innovative concept of modern living, blending comfort, safety, and sustainability, providing its residents with a thriving residential environment that enhances quality of life. The community spans an area of 21 million square meters, and includes more than 33,000 diverse residential units, along with more than 150 integrated facilities that meet the daily needs of residents. It is also characterized by its pedestrian-friendly design, which includes vast green spaces, gardens, and shaded paths for pedestrians and cyclists, in addition to its proximity to essential services such as mosques, healthcare facilities, and schools.
In this regard, Eng.
