Russian Central Bank Lowers Ruble Exchange Rate Against Major Currencies

The Central Bank of Russia today set the exchange rates of major currencies against the ruble, raising the US dollar exchange rate by 23.81 kopecks, compared to the previous day's rate, to reach 78.554 rubles.

The bank raised the official euro exchange rate by 20.16 kopecks, to reach 89.7558 rubles, while it raised the Chinese yuan exchange rate by 3.93 kopecks, to reach 11.6091 rubles.
