Sakani announced the listing of its first residential tower on its platform, in partnership with Al-Majidiyah Company, in a step that reflects its expansion in attracting quality real estate projects and diversifying the housing and investment options available to users.

The tower is located in Riyadh, consists of 33 floors, and includes 140 residential units, along with a range of integrated facilities and services, including a sports club and smart parking. The project also features an architectural design that combines the Salmani style with contemporary architecture, keeping pace with urban housing aspirations and providing an integrated residential experience.
