Saudi Al Bilad Bank is expected to distribute 750 million riyals in interim cash dividends for the first half of the current year, after its board of directors decided to do so, as announced on Wednesday on "Tadawul".

The share's dividend will be 50 halalas, with the total amount distributed over 1.5 billion shares.

The Saudi Central Bank has expressed no objection to the board of directors' decision to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders.

Dividends will be entitled to shareholders who own shares by the end of trading on the eligibility date and are registered in the bank's shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

Al Bilad Bank, listed on the Saudi market, recorded a net profit of 791.6 million riyals in the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 3.4% year-on-year, the slowest annual growth rate for quarterly profits in more than six years.

Despite slowing momentum, profits came in higher than the average analyst estimate compiled by Bloomberg of 776 million riyals, a difference of about 2%, demonstrating the bank's ability to offset some margin pressures through growth in investment income and improved performance compared to the previous quarter.

"Al Bilad Bank", founded in 2004, provides integrated financing and investment banking services through various Islamic instruments, with a current market value of 36 billion riyals, and Mohammed Al-Subaie Company owns the largest stake in the bank's capital at 19.3%.
