The main Saudi stock index closed slightly higher by 1.32 points at 10,853.73 points, with trading volume of 4.3 billion riyals and 228 million shares, amid gains in 62 companies and declines in 200 companies, while the parallel market index (NOMU) fell by 72.74 points to 22,594.56 points.
The main Saudi stock index closed up by 1.32 points, settling at 10,853.73 points, with trading value reaching 4.3 billion riyals during today's session.
The number of shares traded reached 228 million, according to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency, during which shares of 62 companies rose in value, while shares of 200 companies declined.
The shares of companies Intaj, Tanmiyah, Al-Mawarid, Anabeeb, and Marna were the top gainers, while shares of companies Tasehel, Inaia, Thimar, Extra, and Wafrah topped the losers list, with gain and loss rates ranging between 9.14% and 9.97%.
In terms of activity, shares of companies Anabeeb, Americana, Petro Rabigh, Saudi Aramco, and Darb Saudi Arabia topped the list by volume, while shares of Saudi Aramco, Al Rajhi, Petro Rabigh, Al Ahli, and Tasehel led the most active list by value.
In contrast, the Parallel Market Index (NOMU) closed down by 72.74 points, settling at 22,594.56 points, with trading value reaching 13 million riyals.
