Saudi stock index falls 45 points, closes at 10,808 points
The Saudi main stock index (TASI) closed down 45.30 points today, reaching 10,808.43 points, with total trading value of 4.1 billion riyals.
The volume of traded shares reached 181 million shares, according to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency, during which shares of 91 companies rose in value, while shares of 153 companies declined, with the percentage of increases and decreases ranging between 9.95% and 10%.
Shares of Misk, Luberef, Avalon Pharma, Ace, and Mutakamela were the top gainers during the session, while shares of Rasan, Tabaea wa Taghleef, Intaj, Naseej, and Tanmia led the list of decliners.
In terms of activity, shares of Americana, Aldawaa, Petro Rabigh, Saudi Aramco, and Al-Waha topped the list in terms of traded volume, while shares of Aldawaa, Rasan, Saudi Aramco, Al Rajhi, and Luberef led the list of most active by value.
In contrast, the parallel market index (Nomu) closed up 137.06 points, reaching 22,731.62 points, with trading value of 14 million riyals and share volume exceeding 2 million shares.
