The main Saudi stock index closed today lower by (11.10) points, reaching (10,704.51) points, with trading value of (3.9) billion riyals. The volume of traded shares - according to the daily economic bulletin of the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi stock market - was (105) million shares, with shares of (87) companies rising in value, while shares of (170) companies declined. The shares of Al-Aqaria, Al-Kimia, Al-Wasaael Al-Senaeyah, Jamjoum Pharm, and Masar were the top gainers, while shares of Intaj, Al-Abhath Wa Al-I'lam, Al-Dawa, Tanmiya, and Aseeg were the top losers, with changes ranging between (5.62%) and (6.35%). The most active shares by volume were Americana, Petro Rabigh, Al-Kimia, Jabal Omar, and Jarir, while the most active by value were Al Rajhi, Al Ahli, Saudi Aramco, Red Sea, and Petro Rabigh. The parallel Saudi stock index (Nomu) closed today higher by (42.88) points, reaching (22,581.79) points, with trading value of (8) million riyals and trading volume of more than (1.4) million shares.
