The establishment of SPOC comes in response to the unprecedented growth in destination development projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company offers integrated operational solutions for managing and operating theme parks, water parks, museums, visitor attractions, family entertainment centers, sports facilities, observation decks, and other destinations focused on delivering exceptional visitor experiences. SPOC combines decades of global expertise from ProFun in entertainment destinations and attractions, with Seder Group's extensive infrastructure in the Kingdom, along with its human capital and operational resources.

Under Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom is developing one of the most ambitious portfolios of tourism and entertainment destinations globally. As these qualitative projects move from planning and execution to opening and operation, the need arises for operating partners capable of delivering world-class visitor experiences while efficiently managing various operational, technical, compliance, and workforce requirements.
