Saudi Research and Media Group announced that its subsidiary SRMG Media Solutions (SMS) signed a sponsorship and advertising services contract with Saudi Telecom Company (STC), as the media representative of Thmanyah for Publishing and Distribution, the exclusive broadcaster of the Saudi Professional League, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, the Saudi Super Cup, and the First Division League.
The company clarified in a statement today on Tadawul that the contract duration is three years, and its total value exceeds 5% of its total revenues according to the most recent audited annual financial statements for 2025.
It added that the contract includes providing sponsorship and advertising services, along with a package of media and advertising benefits according to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the two parties, with STC enjoying exclusive rights in the telecommunications category for the duration of the contract.
It expects the financial impact of the contract to be reflected in the financial statements starting from the third quarter of 2026, depending on the fulfillment of performance obligations according to the contractual terms.
According to Argaam data, Saudi Research and Media Group's revenues last year amounted to about SAR 2.7 billion, meaning that 5% of that is equivalent to about SAR 135 million.
