Tadawul: Non-institutional foreign ownership excluding Aramco falls to 11.20%

The proportion of non-institutional foreign ownership excluding Aramco in the Saudi stock market fell during the week ending July 16, 2026, reaching 11.20% of the total market, compared to 11.23% recorded at the end of the previous week, and the value of their holdings amounted to about 344.74 billion riyals.

Non-institutional foreign investor ownership represents (individuals, institutions, swap agreements, and managed portfolios), while it does not include strategic stakes of founders.

Regarding Gulf investor ownership in Tadawul, their share remained stable at 2.45% of the total market value of listed stocks excluding Aramco, the same percentage recorded in the previous week, and the value of their holdings amounted to about 75.45 billion riyals.

Total foreign ownership excluding Aramco (including strategic partners) fell to 12.73%, compared to 12.75% recorded in the previous week, and the value of this ownership amounted to about 391.63 billion riyals.

According to Argaam calculations, foreign founding owners excluding Aramco represent 1.52% of the total market value of listed stocks (excluding Aramco), equivalent to about 46.89 billion riyals.
