Theeb Rent a Car Company announced the signing of an amendment to the previously signed contract with HungerStation, which includes expanding the scope of cooperation between the two parties. The value of this amendment is SAR 106.75 million excluding VAT.
The company said in a statement on Tadawul that vehicles will be delivered in batches starting within the first six months from the effective date of the amendment, taking into account any global logistical circumstances and procedures beyond the control of dealers and the company.
It added that the financial impact is expected to begin during the first half of the fiscal year 2027, with revenue recognized gradually from the commencement of the amendment and vehicle delivery.
According to data available on Argaam, Theeb signed a contract in December 2025 for long-term vehicle rental services with HungerStation for a total estimated value of SAR 110.4 million for four years starting in 2026.
