Turkey's Trade Deficit Reaches $10.38 Billion in June
Turkish Trade Minister Omer Bolat announced today that the country's total exports amounted to $24.94 billion in June, while imports reached $35.3 billion, resulting in a foreign trade deficit of $10.38 billion. Bolat added that exports in the first six months of the year rose 3.6% compared to the same period last year, reaching $136.06 billion, while imports increased 4.6% to $189.15 billion.
