Taiba receives invoice for white land fees worth 6.67 million riyals

Taiba Investment Company announced that it received an invoice for white land fees worth 6.67 million riyals.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said it will handle the invoice in accordance with regulations and statutory procedures, stating that it is currently preparing studies on the optimal use of the land to serve the interests of the company and its shareholders. It added that the impact of these fees will be treated accounting-wise according to approved accounting standards. According to Argaam data, the company had announced last September that the total area it owns in Riyadh subject to white land fees under the first tier at 10% amounts to 60,000 square meters. The company had also received several invoices for white land fees worth 2.96 million riyals last January.
