The Board of Directors of Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) decided on July 22 to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2026, totaling SAR 562.5 million.

The company stated in a statement on "Tadawul Saudi Arabia" on Wednesday that the number of shares eligible for distribution is 562.5 million shares, at SAR 1 per share, equivalent to 10% of the par value.

It added that the eligibility date for the distributions is September 6, 2026, with eligibility for shareholders who own shares on the record date and are registered in the company's shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the record date, and that the dividend distribution will begin on September 28, 2026.
