Najran, Muharram 25, 1448 AH, corresponding to July 10, 2026, SPA - The corner for traditional clothing and costumes, part of the activities of the heritage tent in Najran Summer 2026, held near the historic Emirate Palace, attracted a number of residents and visitors, as it is one of the corners that highlights the cultural heritage and traditional identity of the region. The corner of the oldest tailor of traditional costumes in Najran, Ali bin Muhammad Al Abdullah “Ibn Sarwan,” is among the most prominent corners of the event, as he has practiced the profession for more than 65 years, presenting models of traditional costumes that still enjoy demand in national and social occasions. Ibn Sarwan explained that Najrani costumes represent part of the cultural identity of the region, noting the continued demand for acquiring heritage pieces, most notably Al-Mudhayl, Al-Muzandah, and Al-Mizer, in addition to traditional women's costumes such as Al-Mukammam and Al-Mu'add, due to their historical and heritage value.
