The Theater and Performing Arts Authority organized a workshop for acting and directing in the city of Dammam as part of the program "From Idea to Stage" in its fourth edition, during the period from July 5 to 16, continuing its efforts to develop artistic capabilities and professional skills for practitioners and those interested in theater and performing arts. The workshop aims to develop awareness and imagination, enhance acting skills and role-playing, discover expressive tools, in addition to developing stage presence and improvisation ability, through a training experience that combines both theoretical and practical aspects.

The workshop includes specialized training in physical and vocal performance, character building, text analysis, and teamwork, contributing to the development of participants' artistic tools and enhancing their readiness to practice in the fields of theater, cinema, television, and radio, according to an integrated training curriculum.

The workshop is part of the Theater and Performing Arts Authority's efforts to support national competencies, develop theatrical practices, and expand learning and training opportunities in various fields of theater and performing arts, in line with the targets for developing the cultural sector in the Kingdom.
