The CEO of the Second Jeddah Health Cluster, Dr. Shadi Al-Khayyat, inaugurated the "Care Link" project in the presence of Hospital Administration Director Dr. Issam Qandiah, and the General Supervisor of King Abdullah Medical Complex and the Specialized Maternity and Children Hospital, Dr. Samer Asfar, in a step aimed at developing the patient experience and enhancing the efficiency of health services through a smart system that unifies coordination among various departments and services.

The project, launched by the King Abdullah Medical Complex to facilitate the beneficiary's journey through the establishment of a smart and unified coordination office that connects relevant entities, contributes to accelerating procedures, improving performance quality, and ensuring the delivery of integrated and more efficient healthcare.

"Care Link" aims to develop the patient journey and transform it into a seamless experience starting from the moment a request is received until the service is completed, through a system that relies on effective coordination and continuous monitoring, thereby raising operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, and enabling the identification of opportunities for development and improvement in accordance with best health practices.

The project offers a comprehensive package of services that includes coordinating medical transport, following up on referrals and appointments, home care services, and beneficiary support, in addition to monitoring all stages of service delivery to ensure continuity of care and improve communication with patients and beneficiaries.

The project carries the slogan "Step by Step with You," affirming the commitment of the King Abdullah Medical Complex to providing patient-centered healthcare that keeps pace with the objectives of the Saudi healthcare model and the Kingdom's Vision 2030, by elevating the beneficiary experience, enhancing service integration, and raising the level of quality and satisfaction, thereby supporting the objectives of the Second Jeddah Health Cluster in providing advanced and sustainable healthcare.
