Marib: Prosthetics Center Serves 503 Beneficiaries in June

The project operating the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Marib Governorate provided various medical services to 503 beneficiaries who lost their limbs from the brotherly Yemeni people during June 2026, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.

During the project, 1,597 services were provided, with males comprising 61% and females 49%, while displaced persons accounted for 81% and residents 19% of the total beneficiaries.

Services included manufacturing, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetics, as well as physical therapy and specialized consultations.

Enhancing health sector capabilities

This is part of the humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom, represented by the center, to enhance the health sector's capabilities and attempt to alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.
