Jeddah, Muharram 26, 1448 AH corresponding to July 11, 2026 (SPA) - A number of royal orders were issued today, the texts of which are as follows:

Number: A/19 Date: 26/1/1448 AH By the grace of God, We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, after reviewing the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order No. (A/90) dated 27/8/1412 AH, and after reviewing the Council of Ministers Law issued by Royal Order No. (A/13) dated 3/3/1414 AH, and after reviewing Royal Order No. (A/62) dated 1/3/1444 AH, have ordered the following: First: His Excellency Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Khuraif, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, is relieved of his post. Second: His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is appointed Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources in addition to his continued role as Minister of Energy. Third: This order of Ours shall be communicated to the relevant authorities for approval and implementation.

Second: His Excellency Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Khuraif, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, is assigned to act as Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries in addition to his duties.
