The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the Learning Academy signed an agreement to implement training and qualification programs that lead to employment for 3,000 beneficiaries, as part of the Fund's ongoing efforts to empower national competencies and enhance their readiness to join the labor market.

The agreement was signed by HRDF Director General Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juwaini and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Learning Academy Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Dosari.

The agreement targets the implementation of specialized training and qualification programs that equip national cadres with professional skills and applied knowledge in several areas, notably: Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Marketing and Sales, Occupational Safety and Health, Supply Chains and Logistics Services, Accounting and Taxes, and Insurance and Risk Management.

This agreement extends HRDF's approach of building strategic partnerships with specialized training entities, contributing to expanding the scope of impactful training programs, improving the quality of their outcomes, and enhancing their alignment with employer needs across various sectors.

The agreement also strengthens the role of the Learning Academy in providing qualitative training solutions in partnership with national entities, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capital, empowering national competencies, and preparing cadres with the technical and behavioral skills required for current and future jobs.
