Social / King Khalid University Launches Initiative 'We Listen to You to Grow Together' to Enhance Community Partnership

Abha, 21 Muharram 1448 AH, corresponding to July 6, 2026 (SPA) - King Khalid University, represented by the General Administration of Volunteering and Community Partnership, yesterday launched an initiative entitled 'We Listen to You to Grow Together,' aimed at enhancing communication with the local community and listening to its needs and development priorities. The initiative represents an ongoing dialogue platform with the centers and villages surrounding the university, and is concerned with monitoring community needs, analyzing its priorities, and linking them with the university's expertise and capabilities, in order to reach effective development initiatives and partnerships that achieve a sustainable impact. The initiative aims to support several priority areas, including education and capacity building, health and quality of life, entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, community services, local development, environment and sustainability, technology and digital transformation, culture and heritage, tourism, youth development and future skills, in addition to supporting productive families and small projects, innovation and community solutions. // End // 20:24 T M 0179
