The President of Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, launched the operational plan for the Umrah and visit season for the year 1448 AH at the Prophet's Mosque, marking the start of an integrated system of religious and enrichment services aimed at enhancing the experience of those visiting the House of God.

Al-Sudais emphasized that the operational plan is based on three main axes: enhancing the quality of religious services, raising operational readiness, and strengthening integration between agencies and departments, to keep pace with the increasing numbers of Umrah performers and visitors, and contribute to enriching their spiritual experience inside the Prophet's Mosque.

He explained that the plan includes a package of enrichment, advocacy, and awareness programs and initiatives, along with developing the religious services system, to achieve the leadership's goals in caring for the Two Holy Mosques, enhance the scientific and advocacy mission of the Prophet's Mosque, and enrich the experience of Umrah performers and visitors coming from various parts of the world.
