A new book has recently been published by Dr. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, head of the Knowledge Enrichment Center for Conferences, Research, and Scientific Publishing, titled "Abdulrahman bin Obaidi.. Great Impact and Great Influence", in which he documents the biography of his paternal grandfather, reviewing the most prominent stages of his life and his social and educational impact, as well as the value and humanitarian legacy that extended its influence to subsequent generations.

This book comes as part of increasing efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to document the biographies of prominent national figures and transmit their legacy to emerging generations.

The book consists of 135 pages, distributed over seven chapters, covering multiple aspects of Abdulrahman bin Obaidi's personality, achievements, positions, and community contributions, in a step aimed at highlighting the importance of documenting the biographies of influential figures and turning them into a source of inspiration that enhances the culture of loyalty and preserves the national memory for future generations.

Regarding the book and its idea, Dr. Al-Zahrani says: We need to launch community initiatives concerned with documenting the history of parents and grandparents and writing their biographies, to preserve the biographies of pioneers is not just documenting the past, but an investment in national memory, a means to consolidate identity, enhance belonging, and link generations to their history and authentic values. Dr. Al-Zahrani explained that many parents and grandparents provided inspiring models of struggle, work, and sincerity, and contributed to serving the religion, then the King and the nation, and made great efforts in raising their children, educating them, and building their families and communities, pointing out that documenting these biographies preserves their humanitarian legacy, introduces new generations to the extent of sacrifices that made their present, and instills in them the values of work, achievement, loyalty, belonging, and responsibility.

Documenting the biographies of pioneers like Abdulrahman bin Obaidi is part of preserving national memory and enhancing identity. Dr. Al-Zahrani's statements indicate the importance of these initiatives in consolidating the values of work and sincerity among youth.
